DOSAPOC/E FEEDER
The DOSAPOC dosing station, a vibrating channel feeder, is suitable for fast and accurate dosing of powdered and different sized products, such as ice cream preparations, chocolate granules, dried fruits, powdered milk, sugar, fresh vegetables, olives, grated or diced cheeses, etc., where non-demixing and breakage of the product is essential.
The possible different sizes of the vibrating channel, make the DOSAPOC an economical and flexible system to adapt to countless products and applications.
DOSAPOC consists of a vibrating channel mounted on flexible leaf springs that is driven by a pneumatic/electric linear vibrator and a product accumulation/feeding hopper, with the following main functions:

The amount of product to be transported is adjustable by means of a damper on the hopper outlet, while the flow rate adjustment is done by means of the vibrator.
The vibrator ensures a smooth end of the flow rate by varying the feeding pressure (frequency increase/decrease) the exhausted discharge air (amplitude increase/decrease).
The immediate start/stop of the vibrator allows instantaneous blocking of the channel and discharged product, ensuring precise and repetitive dosing.
In addition to the standard version, it is possible to have DOSAPOC dosing stations on specific plant requirements that include weight dosing systems, complete with pneumatic conveying for channel feeding creating an automatic conveying and dosing system.
