RESGA
PATENTED ENGRAVING SYSTEM MOD. “RESGA”
This system is designed to reduce waste and achieve the best efficiency in engraving, thus overcoming the drawbacks of current systems.
It completely replaces the circular milling cutter, with the enormous advantage, thanks to the interaction of the ultrasonic system, of being able to make very fine engravings without detriment to precision and linearity, and it also avoids possible product packing that could compromise machine efficiency.
Finally, in the presence of corrections on the heel, this system does not undergo any change in engraving. In addition to this system, we have created an automatic system that adjusts, according to the recipe request, the depth to which the engraving must reach, for example, in the presence of plates, the blade will be set to have a greater penetration, and then later switch to discs, having a shallower engraving.
With this innovative and reliable system, we have rationalised machining waste, reducing it to 5/6 grams per engraving, compared to current systems on the market where machining waste varies from 45 to 60 grams.

The RESGA engraving system can only be used on AUTOMATIC DISCATRIFIER.
