Vacuum conveyors
A pneumatic conveyor allows dusty, granular, or solid material to be transferred from one point to another using vacuum as the driving force. Because the system is completely enclosed and hermetically sealed, it prevents product leakage into the environment and eliminates the risk of contamination. A 'vacuum unit creates the vacuum within the system, allowing the material to be moved by displacement of air. The system allows automatic transfer of product by connecting one or more process machines useful for its processing, production/processing or packaging. During the transport phase, the material can travel either in dense phase (Venturi or lobe pump), avoiding the risk of de-mixing or mechanical breakdown, or in dilute phase (side channel blower).
CVF
