ROCK SIZING MACHINE

The "Sbrega" model rock panel sizing machine is used to obtain slices starting from slices of agreed maximum size, of hard grana-type cheese. The cut is obtained by two opposing blades suitably shaped.

CYCLE DESCRIPTION:
Once the machine table is loaded from the rear side, the triangle production cycle begins, in fact, the horizontal pushers are driven by brushless motors, which will transfer/accompany in a planar way the slices under the blades where, through a coordinated movement between the pusher and the blades themselves, the rock cut will be obtained by means of the two opposed blades, one upper and one lower.
