N. 1 Die-cutting machine used to obtain lists of desired width and variable length according to the morphology of the disc.
These lists after being cut are conveyed by means of special tapes/pushers to the die-cutting station.
The machine allows die-cutting plus perforation of gruyere or soft and semi-hard cheeses.
It is fully made of Aisi 304, complete with stainless tech mesh doors and the plastic materials are suitable for food contact and FDA certified.
