DOSABE SCREW FEEDER
The DOSABE screw feeder is used to make fast and accurate dosing of even difficult-to-slide powder products such as flour, sugar, ground spices, ground coffee, and products for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The DOSABE comes complete with hopper and accessories such as maximum level sensor, external vibrator to facilitate product flow, and depending on the application, customizations can be made on request.
The use of food clamps to fasten the construction parts allows for easy and quick disassembly for cleaning and sanitizing, making the DOSABE the ideal system where high standards of cleanliness frequent changes of processing are required avoiding pollution between different products.
The quantity and flow rate of product to be dosed is adjustable by means of an inverter control and possible continuous adjustment with an external feedback signal.
In addition to the standard version, it is possible to have DOSABE dosing stations on specific plant requirements that include weight dosing systems, complete with pneumatic conveyor to feed the dosing unit creating an automatic conveying and dosing system.
