SLICE MACHINE TEA DINA SERIES “M”
(WITHOUT PRODUCT ROTATION TABLE)
The spicchiatrice model "TEA DINA" was born from the need to be able to portion hard/semi-hard cheese in a semi-automatic way.
By means of a numerical fraction, or (fixed-weight cutting) with an external scale, according to the market needs, two types of cutting can be obtained: completely smooth or rock-cut with an upper blade.
CYCLE DESCRIPTION
The operator loads the disc or the previously discarded half mold or the whole mold onto the cutting table, after which in accordance with the selected program and the number of pieces to be obtained, the system by means of 4 centering arms performs the centering of the product to be proportioned and then subsequently makes the cuts that are obtained by means of the blades.
OPTIONALS
Weighing station (fixed weight)
This station, is external to the machine, ( SUPPORT EXCLUDED) , the operator lays the product on the scale which by means of a cable communicates the weight of the product to the PLC, the data is sent to the PLC which processes the same, transforming it into the required weight value. With this system, fixed-weight portioning is achieved.
Cross-blade rock cutting
With this system, we are able to perform the classic cross-blade rock cutting, two upper blades and two lower blades.
Portions of ½,1/4,1/8,1/10,1/12,1/16,1/20,1/24,1/32..etc. can be obtained.
The peculiarity of this processing, consists in the fact that you do not have to intervene in any way on the worktable, since the management of rotation, is done automatically, without having downtime in format changes, also canceling the possible factor of human error.
Optional cutting system with ultrasonic blade
By means of appropriate configurations applicable on our machine, we are also able to portion soft/semi-hard cheeses.
This is made possible by an ultrasonic cutting system, which can be installed on our machine, by quickly and easily removing, the mechanical blade and replacing it with the dedicated ultrasonic cutting blade.
With this configuration, it is possible to work with both variable weight and fixed weight, if the optional weighing station is present.
