SLICE MACHINE TEA DINA SERIES “A”

The spicchiatrice model "TEA DINA" was born from the need to be able to portion hard / semi-hard cheese in a semi-automatic way.
By means of numerical fractionation, or fixed weight cutting, in accordance with market requirements, two types of cutting can be obtained: completely smooth or rock, or possibility of cross-blade cutting in accordance with the type of configuration selected.
Cutting is done with 600mm blade and 2 blades length 310mm, this allows 2 cuts at the same time.
The maximum portionable size in height is 600mm.
The structure is completely made of 304 stainless steel, with tech mesh guards, safety barriers and PLC.
CYCLE DESCRIPTION
The operator loads the disc or the previously discarded half form or the whole form on the cutting table, after which according to the selected program and the number of pieces to be obtained, the system by means of 4 centering arms performs the centering of the product to be portioned and then afterwards, performs the cuts that are obtained by means of the blades.
