The wedging machine model "TEA 13" is used to make wedges from whole wheels or from cheese discs pre-cut by the disc machine.
CYCLE DESCRIPTION
The division of the incoming discs is done according to the type of processing selected by the operator, which can be by number of segments, or by weight, in the second case the disc is first weighed and then cut so as to obtain the greatest number of segments of the set weight, with this processing there will be for each disc a segment of weight less than the set weight, called scrap.
The machine is equipped with a touch screen panel, both to provide all information of the processing being performed and all useful data for production control such as the production batch, operator, number of discs/slices produced, etc.
The machine structure is made of Aisi 304 steel with perimeter guards made of stainless steel tech mesh. Parts in contact with the product such as cutters, belts or others are made of material suitable for food contact.
