CYCLE DESCRIPTION

The machine is used to make discs from whole wheels of cheese. The division into discs can be set according to various processes (by number or thickness with or without recovery), with the possibility of excluding or not excluding the discs with the rind (upper and lower plate).
In addition to dividing into discs, the machine also performs the extraction of the central part of the disc, called the heart, by means of a perforator that can be round or square in shape.
