The new PVF high-performance modular conveyor combines the concept of an easy-to-clean and sanitize machine with high conveying capacities for products with difficult-to-slide characteristics, considerable dimensions and specific weights for fragile products, which are mainly encountered in the food packaging industry.
Developed on the concept of the MVF conveyor to ensure hygienic closed-loop conveying while maintaining the same quality and reliability standards, the PVF is used as an alternative to traditional conveying systems such as belts, elevating buckets, augers, spirals, etc. .
The PVF is capable of conveying products with grain sizes from 1 μm to diameters of 50 mm, with difficult flow characteristics and flow rates up to 6 ton/h for distances of 25 meters. Another feature is the low degree of breakage or alteration of the transported product, which characterizes the choice of PVF where "delicate" transport is needed to ensure non-alteration of the product.
