POWDER DOSING SYSTEM
The vacuum conveyor and the feeder are mounted on two separate structures made of AISI 304 or painted iron, allow the product from the MVF/EVF to be discharged into the feeder hopper by isolating the two pieces of equipment so that the weight of the conveyor is not detected by the feeder load cells while also eliminating any vibration transmission due to the product suction phase.
SYSTEM OPERATION
The system is used for continuous dosing of SAP with specific gravity 0.5 to 0.8 kg/dm³, grain size 10 to 5000 mm, and a flow rate of up to 600 kg/h. The product from the bag emptyer is sucked in by the MVF/EVF by means of a vacuum pump and discharged into the feeder hopper until it reaches a predetermined weight; during dosing when the weight in the hopper falls below the minimum required level, the feeder requests more product by commanding the opening of the MVF/EVF discharge valve; once the product discharge is finished, the MVF/EVF performs a new product suction cycle while waiting for the next request to discharge the feeder. These operations are carried out without dosing interruptions, ensuring continuous gravimetric dosing at all times.

The innovative VDR system enables instant control of process values, remote data logging for in-depth production line performance analysis, real-time adjustment of programmed values for production correction and improvement (lower error, waste reduction, etc.), automatic firmware update. -
VDR mode
The system allows the user to view the operation screen reported on the local Touch Screen, from a company terminal via the internal network.
The functions of firmware update, remote assistance and possible adjustment of operating parameters is possible only with the user's consent and is protected by a hardware key.
