DUST RECOVERY SYSTEM
THE RECOVERY SYSTEM stems from the request to have an 'automation in the taking of product recovered from waste or accidental losses on plants to be automatically reinserted at the 'beginning of the working cycle.
Such a system is composed as follows:

DEPRESSION TRANSPORTER, selected on the basis of the characteristics of the product to be transported and an estimate of its flow rate.

SELF-SUPPORTING FRAME made of Aisi 304 tubular steel with a micro-peened finish Its self-supporting structure allows the conveyor column housing with the receiving hopper and control panel underneath

RECEIVING TRAMOGGY in Aisi 304 with a capacity of 60 liters complete with fluidization valve on the product intake point DN 50 manual. The hopper is equipped with no. 2 level sensors that will determine the minimum and maximum level and both will interface with the control panel

SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PANEL System control logic is carried out via PLC whose function is to control both inputs and outputs allowing the cycle times to be changed.

With the 'use of this system, unprocessed product is recovered and accumulated in the receiving hopper (C). From this it can be emitted back into the production cycle half a conveyor system currently in use. The selection of pick-up point from original or recovered product, for 'product entry into processing, can be done automatically by adding valves controlled by external panel which go to establish the product pick-up point according to the level present in the receiving hopper (C).
