MANUAL DISC CUTTER SMESAMA

The SMESAMA model MANUAL DISCACHER is used to make discs/half wheels from cheese wheels with rind or previously scraped.
The machine structure is made of Aisi 304 stainless steel with perimeter guards made of stainless steel tech mesh.

CYCLE DESCRIPTION

The machine as the first step identifies the height of the cheese by means of a sensor placed on the work surface.
The turntable lowers to the end of the mold.
At this point detected the height (mold height) goes up to its zero.
In accordance with the selected program it begins to perform the various processes.
In case the form is not flattened we can perform this operation with a working range placed between 10/13mm.
The wire cutting station has the peculiarity of working both forward and reverse.
At the end of each cut in accordance with the type of program set you can unload the discs, or at the end of the whole processing.
