SINGLE CUBING MACHINE
The Cupé model single dicing machine is used to make petals, cubes, and sticks from hard grana-type cheese wheels previously scraped and flattened if required and discarded.
The measurements of the output product can be varied by changing the cutting blade and the measurements set at the panel.
The machine structure is made of Aisi 304 steel with stainless steel mesh perimeter guards.

CYCLE DESCRIPTION
Once the machine table is loaded from the rear side, the production cycle of cubes, petals or sticks begins, in fact the horizontal/vertical pushers controlled by brushless motors, will transfer/accompany in a planar way the discs under the blade where, through a coordinated movement between the pusher and the blade itself, the cutting and the consequent production of petals or cubes or sticks is obtained depending on the advancement of the pusher and the cutting blade.
