The Holder shall not provide a list of types of Personal Data collected.

Other Personal Data collected may be listed elsewhere in this privacy policy or through information texts displayed together with the collection of the Data.

Processing methods

The Holder processes the Personal Data of the Users by adopting the right safety measures meant to stop unauthorised access, disclosure, change or destruction of the Personal Data.
The processing is carried out using computer and/or electronic means, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. Besides the Holder, in some cases, categories of personnel involved in the organisation of the Site may have access to the Data (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administration personnel) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Responsible for Processing by the Holder. The updated list of Managers may be requested to the Holder of the Processing.

Time

The Data is kept for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or requested by the objectives described in this document, and the User can always ask for discontinuation of the Processing or deletion of the Data.

Defence in court

The User's Personal Data may be used for defence in court by the Holder or in the stages leading to possible legal action, against improper use or related services by the User.
The User declares to be aware that the Holder may be required to disclose the Data at request by the public authorities.

At the request of the User, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application could provide the User the additional and contextual information about specific services or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

System logs and maintenance

For needs related to operation and maintenance, this Application and any third party services it uses may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and which may also contain Personal Data, such as the IP address of the User.

Rights of the Users

Those to whom the Personal Data refer to have the right, at any time, to obtain the confirmation of their existence at the Holder of the Data, to know its content and origin, to check its accuracy or request its integration, deletion, update, rectification, transformation to anonymity or block of the Personal Data processed in breach of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing. Requests should be addressed to the Holder.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Holder of the Data reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by making them public to the Users on this page. Therefore, please check this page often, taking as reference the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of rejection of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User is required to stop the use of this Application and may ask the Holder of the Data to remove the User's Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to be applied to the Personal Data collected until that moment.
